I started this podcast in 2017 — not to shout into the void, but to start the kinds of conversations I wished existed. The ones that name the real reasons women feel off, even when they “do everything right.”
As a Projector, I lead with pattern recognition. As a Human Design + functional nutrition practitioner, I give language to what your body’s already been whispering.
This show is about unlearning the noise — and rebuilding self-trust, one episode at a time.

This was a really fun episode for me because it’s really just two women having a conversation about some things that we find challenging and sharing what worked for us to overcome them.
