How Many Warning Signs Have You Ignored?

  • Gas so painful that it hurts to move.
  • Severe bloating that has your belly so distended you look five months pregnant and not able to button your jeans.
  • Weight gain despite eating healthily and rigid, regular exercise.
  • Waking up at 3 am every night unable to go back to sleep.
  • Painful cystic acne that just won’t go away.
  • Worrying if your stomach will cooperate on your long run and having to take Immodium before you get started.
  • Feeling fatigue so severe you can barely make it through the day.

And because you’re a driven Type-A person, you press forward, refusing to show signs of weakness and let these things stop you from accomplishing what you set out to do.

But at what costs?

I know how confusing it is to be doing everything you’ve been told you’re “supposed to do” - exercising regularly and following the Standard American Diet. But no matter what you do, your symptoms just aren’t going away and you feel so “unwell.”

You’ve sought answers from your doctor, only to be told that “you’re fine” and “some people are just this way.”

But you know better. The human body is not meant to be this way. Yet you just aren’t able to figure out what to do to feel better.

Hi, I'm Naomi

After 19+ years of working in Silicon Valley, I’ve seen just how much pressure working women are under.

I turned to long-distance running to cope with the stress. But after years of intense marathon training, I burned out - badly.

Looking for answers on how to recover from Adrenal Fatigue, Hypothyroidism, SIBO and Heavy Metal Toxicity (I had no idea what these things even were?!), I realized that everything I thought I knew about health were incomplete half-truths.

So I attended the Institute of Integrated Nutrition and became a Certified Holistic Health Coach and a Certified 21-Day Sugar Detox Coach.

Now I help others who are suffering as I did.

1x1 Mentorship

When I work with my private clients, I use tools and frameworks based on functional nutrition and take them through a three-tiered approach:

I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. Taking into consideration your uniqueness and your story, my goal is to listen and understand your history and circumstances. Then provide you with support, guidance and coaching, so that you can break through blind spots and address areas where you may be unknowingly sabotaging your health.

We’ll address the non-negotiables, removing inflammatory foods, sleep, self-care, community and connection, to establish a strong foundation.

We'll work in partnership to create a custom plan that works for you that will provide you with a clear structure. And as your coach, I’ll be there to mentor you, so you won't ever feel like you're alone!

 
 
Just as the roots of a tree grow in soil, the roots of a health issue grow in an environment that is conducive to that particular problem. When we alter the soil, we alter the roots. In this way we can bring lasting relief by changing the environment (diet and lifestyle.).

Here’s What We’ll Do

Month 1:  

We’ll begin with an in-depth nutritional and lifestyle assessment to see what’s the current landscape of your health. Using the information we collect, we’ll determine which inflammatory foods to remove so we can begin to “clear the terrain” and establish a strong foundation that will allow “new roots” to form.

Month 2:

After clearing the terrain, we’ll use diagnostic journaling to collect vital data to discover to your blind spots. We’ll address any glaring deficiencies in your nutrition and lifestyle as well as your exposure to harmful toxins. And we’ll create practical solutions that you can manage to correct it.

Month 3:

We’ll continue the work we do in Month 2 as well as address any additional habits that are hindering your health. We’ll explore your stressors and get creative on what you can do to manage them. In short, we’ll begin to create a solid infrastructure that you can thrive on.

1 90-min Intro Session: In this initial session we’ll do a deep dive into your nutrition, lifestyle and health history. It will provide a framework for our work together.

6 60-min Follow-Up Sessions: In these sessions we’ll review the data from your diagnostic journaling and I’ll teach you the fundamentals of real food nutrition, environmental health and practical ways to address the obvious and not-so-obvious stressors that are problematic.

1 60-min Wrap-Up Session: In our final session, we’ll celebrate your growth and accomplishments! We’ll identify your next goal and create a long-term plan so you can continue with your success!
