YOUR HOST
I started this podcast in 2017 — not to shout into the void, but to start the kinds of conversations I wished existed. The ones that name the real reasons women feel off, even when they “do everything right.”
As a Projector, I lead with pattern recognition. As a Human Design + functional nutrition practitioner, I give language to what your body’s already been whispering.
This show is about unlearning the noise — and rebuilding self-trust, one episode at a time.

THE LATEST EPISODES

Episode 203: Reflections On A Year Immersed in Human Design
In this episode, I reflect on what happened after spending a full year deeply immersed in Human Design - how it expanded my body, mind, and emotional awareness, what I learned about myself, how I interact with others, and the impact it had on my overall health.

Episode 200: My Human Design Determination & Cognition
As introduced in the last two episodes, 198 and 199, in Human Design, your Determination and Cognition are how you nourish your brain and “digest” information.
In this episode, I share with you what my Determination and Cognition are from my own Human Design, how they resonated with me, reflections on the role they played in my life prior to knowing about Human Design, and how I integrate them today.

Episode 199: Your Human Design Cognition
Do you have a trait or “sense” that you excel at? It’s a knack that you have that not very many others possess.
Continuing our exploration of the Human Design Variables, in this episode, we take a look at Cognition.
You’ll hear:
What is Cognition in Human Design
Where Cognition fits into the Human Design variables framework and how corresponds to the other Variables
The six kinds of Cognition and how they show up

Episode 198: Your Human Design Determination
In the last episode, Episode 197, I introduced the Human Design Variables. In this episode, the second installment in this mini-series we take a look at the variable of Determination.
You’ll hear:
What is Determination in Human Design
How it fits into the framework and corresponds to the other Variables
The six kinds of Determination and the tones for each one

Episode 197: The Human Design Variables
Did you know that there’s an element in Human Design connected to digestion?
As a Functional Nutrition Health Coach that specializes in digestive and gut health, when I heard this, I was so intrigued that I just had to learn more.
Just as Functional Nutrition recalibrated my thinking to going beyond the surface to look at what’s at the root of everything, I quickly realized that this is what Human Design has come to do for me as well. It’s a deeper way to look after my well-being beyond what’s just on my plate.
And the Human Design Variables is yet another layer of how Human Design sheds light on our health in literal and energetic ways.
In this episode, I provide an overview of what the Human Design Variables are, and it kicks off a mini-series where we’ll explore each variable and how they complement each other.

Episode 193: Human Design Profile Lines - What's Your Personality?
Human Design encourages us to explore our true selves versus our conditioned selves and embrace our natural gifts. Your Human Design Type is how our energy functions in the world, our Authority is how we’re meant to make decisions, and our Profile Lines are our personalities. It adds another “flavor” that, in combination with other parts of our design, makes us unique!
In this episode, we explore the six Profile lines and I share how learning about my Profile Lines 1 and 3 resonated with me.

Episode 192: The Sacral Center and Shifting My Relationship with Food
As a health coach who has helped clients with energy management to reduce stress, fatigue, and burnout, the Sacral center is one aspect of Human Design that strongly resonates with me because those who defined Sacral centers know when “enough is enough.”
Continuing the conversation from Episode 191, in this episode, I reflect on how learning about my undefined Sacral center has further shifted my relationship with food, tracking, and the apps that I use to support this.

Episode 191: The Sacral Center and Shifting My Relationship with Exercise and Workouts
As a health coach who has helped clients with energy management to reduce stress, fatigue, and burnout, the Sacral center is one aspect of Human Design that strongly resonates with me because those who defined Sacral centers know when “enough is enough.”
As someone with an undefined Sacral center, I’ve spent *a lot* of time thinking about how this shows up for me, as someone who struggled with adrenal depletion and overtraining.
So, in this episode, I share my reflections on how this presented in the past in my relationship with exercise, and how it’s helped me shift my relationship to workouts.

Episode 190: Subconscious Capacity & Listening to My Splenic Authority
Back in Episode 179, I was joined by Nadia Gabrielle for a conversation on Subconscious Capacity building. Nadia shared how 5% of what we do is in our conscious, but 95% of what we do is from our subconscious. The episode had me observing what’s sitting in my subconscious and how can I expand its capacity to meet my conscious self.
This exercise in observation led me to recognize how my Splenic Authority had been nudging me for months to shift the scope of my work, and how I’d been ignoring it.
In this episode, I take you behind the scenes for a candid conversation on:
How I’m shifting my work
The backstory behind how it came about
What happened when I ignored my Splenic Authority, then finally followed it
What my service offerings are today
