I started this podcast in 2017 — not to shout into the void, but to start the kinds of conversations I wished existed. The ones that name the real reasons women feel off, even when they “do everything right.”
As a Projector, I lead with pattern recognition. As a Human Design + functional nutrition practitioner, I give language to what your body’s already been whispering.
This show is about unlearning the noise — and rebuilding self-trust, one episode at a time.

How I Navigated Through "Recommended" Diets
Once I knew I had Adrenal Fatigue and SIBO I learned that I needed to revamp my diet.
Since I tested as being sensitive to wheat (gluten), dairy, soy, and corn that’s where I started. Before these tests I had already eliminated gluten. I had known early on that dairy wrecked my gut so those two things were easy for me to stop eating.

What It's Like To Have SIBO
When I began seeing my functional medicine doctor she suspected that I had SIBO.
I have bad IBS symptoms and the bloating was - and still is - unbearable.
When I wake up in the morning (that made me want to break out in the K$sha song) I am a little bloated. On a scale of 1-10, I would say I’m somewhere around a 3 or 4.
By the time I go to bed in the evening I am a 10+. My clothes don’t fit and I feel like I’m six months pregnant. While I can be a dramatic person, I assure you I am not exaggerating about this.

What Really Happens When You Overtrain
Every athlete has heard of overtraining.
A simple Google search will pull up endless articles from publications like Runner’s World, Men’s Health, etc with articles explaining what is overtraining and what the classic signs are.
They give you advice like, “take rest days”, “run easy” and “get more sleep.” All great advice, but what happens when you don’t listen to them?
That, my friend, is what I’m sharing with you.

How To Stop Eating Junk Food
There isn't one universal diet that works for everyone. But everyone benefits from eating real, whole, unprocessed foods.
The foods that we eat become a part of our bodies. It becomes our cells, our blood, our organs, our bones - every single part of us! So then why do we fuel our body with junk foods?!
We can't eat junk food and expect to feel energized, perform well and avoid disease. It simply doesn't happen this way.
