A frequently asked question I’m asked is the difference between an emotional and non-emotional person in Human Design. So in this episode, I’ve invited my friend, Sandy Yang, to join me for a conversation exploring this.

Episode 193: Human Design Profile Lines - What's Your Personality?
Human Design encourages us to explore our true selves versus our conditioned selves and embrace our natural gifts. Your Human Design Type is how our energy functions in the world, our Authority is how we’re meant to make decisions, and our Profile Lines are our personalities. It adds another “flavor” that, in combination with other parts of our design, makes us unique!

As someone with an undefined Sacral center, I’ve spent *a lot* of time thinking about how this shows up for me, as someone who struggled with adrenal depletion and overtraining.
So, in this episode, I share my reflections on how this presented in the past in my relationship with exercise, and how it’s helped me shift my relationship to workouts.

Back in Episode 179, I was joined by Nadia Gabrielle for a conversation on Subconscious Capacity building. Nadia shared how 5% of what we do is in our conscious, but 95% of what we do is from our subconscious.
