WHY I BUILT FOOD MOOD DESIGN
I created Food Mood Design after years of doing everything right and still feeling confused by my own body. Good sleep, real food, intentional movement — and still the crashes, the bloat, the signals I couldn't translate. Once I started mapping digestion, emotion, and energy through the lens of my design, the patterns were impossible to ignore. What had felt random started to make complete sense. This class is your starting point to see the same thing. Not a fix. A translation.
