I created Find Your Flow because I watched capable, self-aware people exhaust themselves trying to do wellness right.

Human Design isn't magic or mysticism. It's pattern recognition. It's your energetic anatomy — the structure behind your tendencies, your energy patterns, your decisions, and where things keep going sideways.
