WHY I BUILT THIS COLLECTION
Most people arrive here one of two ways — curious about their Human Design, or frustrated with their body. Both paths lead to the same place. The programs in this collection are what I built for people who've done enough surface work to know they want to go deeper. Not more information. More integration. Food Mood Design came first — out of my own frustration with how disconnected the wellness industry was from how people actually function. Find Your Flow came out of watching people understand their design and still not be able to live it. The Wellness Map came out of ten years of noticing that symptoms don't exist in isolation — they have a story, and seeing that story changes everything.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

For Food Mood Design and Find Your Flow, no — but a basic familiarity with Human Design is assumed. If you're brand new to your design, start with Energy Mapping 101 (free) or Designed to Thrive first. For The Wellness Map, no prior Human Design knowledge is needed — it stands entirely on its own as a functional wellness product.

Food Mood Design is structured around a five-day tracking exercise — you can move through it in a week or take longer. Find Your Flow is ten modules at your own pace — most people move through it over four to six weeks. The Wellness Map is delivered to you in 1-3 weeks of receiving your intake — your time investment is completing the intake, which takes most people about an hour.

The Decodes are written documents — one domain, delivered once, yours to reference. The programs in the Collection are more immersive — they involve more of your time, more depth, and more active participation. The Decodes show you what your design says. The Collection programs help you build it into your actual life.
