Day 8: Plan Your Meals

How many times how you found yourself wandering aimlessly around your kitchen looking for something to eat? Or having to order takeout at the last minute because you didn’t plan and don’t have all the ingredients you need to make a home-cooked meal?

Today, we’re talking about how to plan your meals!

I get it. You’re busy, busy, busy. And the thought of having to plan out your meals may feel like just one more chore to add to your already long list of things to do.  

Meal planning hasn’t always been my favorite thing to do either. But I’ve found that taking time to plan my meals every week and making a grocery list – means that I ultimately save TIME and MONEY.
