One of the biggest complaints that I hear from people is that they simply don't have time to be healthy.

They don't have time to grocery shop, to cook a homemade meal, to go to the gym, or even to get outside for a 20-minute walk.

But here's the truth: You have time for what you prioritize.

One of the most important relationships that you have is your relationship with time.

If you think about it, this relationship can influence all other relationships that you have in your life.

So what is your relationship with time?
