Do you ever have days where you’re running late and don’t have time for breakfast? So you grab a Diet Coke. Or rely on coffee to get you through the morning. And by the time you lunch rolls around you’re too busy to grab a bite to eat.

I know this happens more often than we care to admit, so today we're exploring what happens to your body when you skips meals.

We're talking about why you get "hangry" (hungry + angry), what happens to your blood sugar when you go too long without eating and how to time your meals!
