How Many Warning Signs Have You Ignored?

  • Weight gain despite eating healthily and rigid, regular exercise.
  • Waking up at 3 am every night unable to go back to sleep.

  • Worrying if your stomach will cooperate today, or will you have to take Immodium?
  • Feeling fatigue so severe you can barely make it through the day.

I SPECIALIZE IN FUNCTIONAL NUTRITION

This means I don't believe in one-size-fits-all protocols and formulas. Rather, I use tools and frameworks, taking a three-tiered approach:

FIRST:

I'll listen to understand your history and circumstances. We’ll begin with an in-depth nutritional and lifestyle assessment to see what’s the current landscape of your health. Using the data we collect, we’ll determine what barriers to health we need to remove for healing.


NEXT:

You’ll track and collect vital data that will provide a better understand of what's actually going on so we can begin to make associations between what you're eating, how you're feeling and how your body is functioning. We’ll remove inflammatory foods, address any glaring deficiencies in your nutrition and lifestyle, as well as your exposure to harmful toxins.


FINALLY:

We'll explore any additional stressors and habits that are hindering your health, and get creative on how manage them. Together, we'll work in partnership to create a custom plan and solid infrastructure that you can thrive on! 


I’ll be there to mentor you, so you won't ever feel like you're alone! I'll provide you with support, guidance and coaching, so that you can break through blind spots and address areas where you may be unknowingly sabotaging your health.

 
Just as the roots of a tree grow in soil, the roots of a health issue grow in an environment that is conducive to that particular problem. When we alter the soil, we alter the roots. In this way we can bring lasting relief by changing the environment (diet and lifestyle.).

  • We'll meet virtually, in an online video conference for a 60-minute Nutrition and Lifestyle Assessment. In this initial session we’ll do a deep dive into your nutrition, lifestyle and health history. This will provide a framework for our work together.
  • We'll continue to meet virtually for 60-minute Follow-Up sessions. In these sessions we’ll review the data that you collect and I’ll teach you the fundamentals of real food nutrition, environmental health and practical ways to address the obvious and not-so-obvious stressors that are problematic.
  • In our final virtual Conclusion session, we’ll celebrate your growth and accomplishments! We’ll identify your next goal and create a long-term plan so you can continue with your success!

Hi, I'm Naomi

I’m a Functional Nutrition Practitioner, Certified Holistic Health Coach and 21-Day Sugar Detox Coach  in the San Francisco Bay Area. I’m also a 19-year veteran of Silicon Valley.

Years ago I turned to long-distance running to cope with work-related stress. After years of intense training, I experienced severe burnout, frequent injuries, adrenal depletion, hypothyroidism, Non-Alcoholics Fatty Liver disease, SIBO, Leaky Gut Syndrome and heavy metal toxicity.

Now I help overworked and overstressed professionals who suffer from fatigue, burnout, digestive and skin issues learn how to stop chasing symptoms and find sustainable solutions by listening to their body and championing their own course so they can be a high performer in the fast-paced, high-pressure world.

I also host the Live FAB Life Podcast, offering my unique insight into the world’s tech front lines to teach smart and savvy women how to manage their health, personal lives, careers because everyone deserves to live a FAB life!
