During this challenge you will NOT be making dietary changes, counting calories or weighing and measuring your food.
Rather, each week, I'll send you the tools and framework that will teach you how to become hyper-aware so that you can truly "listen to your body", identify blind spots and learn how to correlate the data you capture between what you're feeling and how your body is functioning.
