Day 9: Establish Boundaries + Manage Expectations
In my work as a health coach, I've spoken to many people suffering from burnout who name work as their biggest source of stress.
As I dove deeper looking for parallels and correlations, I found that in many instances, work stress boils down to communications - the ability to effectively communicate and receive communication - and relationships. In the context of work, it also came down to having boundaries and managing expectations.
Today I want to open the conversation on how establishing boundaries and managing expectations can influence our ability to communicate and enhance our relationships.
