In Part 1, I talked about:

  • The different kinds of stress that you experience

  • How the effects of stress manifests in your health

Simply put, stress, in all of it’s many forms, interferes with your body’s natural ability to maintain stability and balance. It’s at the root of most health issues, like fatigue, gas and bloating, skin conditions like acne, eczema and psoriasis and in digestive issues like irritable bowel syndrome.

The beauty of your body, your skin, and your hair depend on the health of your gut, the health of your immune system depends on the health of your gut, and even the health of your mind depends on the health of your gut.
