Stress is wrecking our lives. It shows up in a million different ways through:

  • Emotional stress

  • Psychological stress

  • Financial stress

  • Overexertion: Overexercise and overtraining

  • Magnetic Stress: sitting in front of a computer and being on devices all day

  • Nutritional Stress: eating poor diets and developing food allergies, sensitivities, intolerances

  • Sleep Stress: not getting enough of it!

  • Spiritual Stress: feeling disconnected and alone

All of these things affect our immune system.

If you’re working in an office, you might be dealing with insomnia, anxiety, depression, IBS and GI complaints, weight gain, and skin issues like acne, psoriasis, eczema, and rosacea. These are all signs of a stress problem. And there's no magic pill cure it. 

In an era of quick fixes, fad diets and conflicting health information, it's important to understand what's at the root of the problem. What's the underlying factor that's causing your stress, in all of the forms that you experience it.
